This document helps user to reset Citrix receiver in case of having any issues with Citrix receiver.

1.0 Reset Citrix Receiver - Windows

                e. Put the server address as below in the next screen and click Add.

               f.  On the next screen Put your Citrix Username/Password and click Log On.
