WEB-524 Quick Search
A Quick Search feature has been added to the top menu. Quick Search will display the top 5 results in each category; Invoices, Jobs, Vehicles, Customers, Orders, Suppliers and Stock, helping you quickly find and open the record you're seeking. <<Read the KB Article Here>>
WEB-525 Quick Add
A Quick Add feature has been added to the top menu. Quick Add allows you to quickly add a Job, Estimate, Customer, Vehicle, Purchase Order, Part or Supplier, regardless of the current screen open!

Printable reminder letters and the ability to generate follow-ups based on readings (rather than date based) have been added.
We've updated the Create Follow-Ups / Reminders KB to cover these new options.
Changed the Debtors balance icon to make it clear the button opens a details screen.
When a Driver has been selected on the Vehicle Maintenance form, this can now be cleared/removed with the newly added “X” button.
Added the ability to change the job status from the diary, allowing you to quickly update the status, such as when vehicles arrive for their bookings.
Improvements have been applied to speed up the process when changing months in the Diary.
Improvements made to the Diary screens to increase display load times
Technicians flagged as inactive were still displayed in the Diary day scheduler if they had WIP jobs still allocated to them. The inactive technician will not display now and the jobs allocated to them will display in the unallocated column.
When viewing jobs in the diary, the date will be retained after closing the job. Previously, the dairy was opening on the viewed job start date.
The Diary will now be more clear displaying the technician when there are multiple technicians allocated to a job that spans multiple days.
Any changes made to approved estimates will now be logged in the customer's Activity listing.
All email or SMS activity will now be recorded against the contact (Customer, Supplier) in their Activity listing. This can help track if and when an email or SMS was sent from Orion.
The quick email option within a Job or estimate will now give the option to include an attachment
When splitting an invoice, you now have the option to include the invoice text on all splits (Invoice 1,2,3)
A vehicle can now be flagged for ‘No Marketing’. This is useful if the current owner has sold the vehicle and you want to exclude the vehicle from any future marketing.
When loading a new vehicle and entering the Rego we are now validating the Rego to display if it already exists in the system. Previously, this was done when saving the new record.
Added the Job Description field into the search parameters when searching vehicle history.
You can now click on and view details of a specific invoice when navigating to the Service History from within the Vehicle Maintenance screen.
Added the option to create manual credits when posting charges (Labour, Materials, Orders) onto a job or estimate.
Customer Details in Estimates and Jobs can now be edited freely upon creating a new estimate or job
Technicians allocated to a job as a 2nd Technician will now in included in the Work in Progress filter for Own Job. Previously, this filter only included the main (1st) technician.
The WIP listing can now be filtered by a selected technician.
Added a new 'Stock Sales & Margins” report to the workshop reports. The report will give a breakdown of workshop stock sold and the margins.
When searching in reports and no results are found, this will now display the message "There are no records matching your search criteria."
A new output type of Letter has been added to the Reminder report. The letter format downloads a list of reminders, one page per reminder. These can be printed and sent through the mail. For customers that don't want email or SMS reminders.
Added a 'reading tolerance' field to the reminders report which will allow you to run reminders based on Hours/Mileage readings rather than being date based.

Added a new filter 'By Analysis Group’ to the Stock Sales & Margins report as well as the Stock Listing screen
Fixed an issue where the additional contacts were not being emailed invoices.
Resolved an issue with the calculation of the number of "Parts Due" on the Dashboard Action List
Resolved an issue with applying changes to the customer On Hold setting.
Fixed an issue where in certain scenarios the invoice date could be set to an invalid date.
Fixed a display issue with the purchase order margins. Entering a Retail inclusive price could display a - 100% margin.
Purchase order items with a zero cost 0.00 were not able to be credited back to the supplier. This has now been fixed.
Selecting a Part Analysis group wasn't possible if the list was too long. The system displayed ### Too many elements ###, this has now been fixed.
Fixed the incorrect header names in the Stock Valuation Microsoft Excel export file.
Under certain circumstances when changing the Stock Sales and Margins report sort by would result in an error. This has now been fixed.
Fixed the labour hours summary report not exporting to PDF.
Resolved an issue with rounding in relation to different time zones and clock in/out times.
