• Mark as inactive
• Delete User 

There are Two ways to remove user from SAM. One is to mark it inactive and second one is to completely delete the user. 

Mark as inactive

Please click on Maintenance (1) -> Users (2) -> highlight the right User (3) -> and select Change (4) :

Tick not active 

Delete User 

Please click on Maintenance (1) -> Users (2) -> highlight the right User (3) -> and select Delete (4) :

Confirm the warning to permanently delete the User from the system :
