Parts file cleanup - this process will identify and remove stock that have not been used for longer than a set period

Stock cannot be removed if they have any transaction within the last year

This needs to be done per department

In any Parts department (1) , go to Maintenance (2) > System Setup (3) > Stock (4) and click on the button "Parts File Cleanup" (5)

Note the filters that you have no control over and tick/select #'s 2 through 6 as well as 11

#5 - Even if you can enter a date here, you are still unable to identify any parts with stock transactions in the last year

A Caution window will ask if you are sure you want to continue, then the following window will pop up:

COMPLETE A BACKUP

THERE IS NO GOING BACK ONCE DELETED

Double click on the part to change from "Delete" to "Keep"
