This KB article will guide you through the process of ordering parts for a job using the Repco Navigator Pro integration in webWorkshop.
Setup
Important: To have the Repco Integration set up, it needs to be enabled in your main Orion desktop system; if you do not already have the Repco Integration in Orion, please contact the support team for assistance with this.
Once Repco Navigator Pro is set up in your Orion platform, see below to complete the set up for webWorkshop:
- In webWorkshop, navigate to System Setup:
- Select Repco Setup in the list:
- Enter your Repco Navigator Pro credentials and click Save:
How to order though Repco Navigator Pro from within webWorkshop
Navigate to the Job postings and then select Workshop Order.
Select Repco as the supplier.
Next to the Procured button, you'll see the Repco button.
Click Repco to connect and access Repco Navigator Pro - this will open a browser window to Repco Navigator Pro and automatically log in using the credentials set up in ORION.
Select the Make, Model, Year, and Engine to filter the Vehicle type selection.
This will redirect to the parts listing page on Repco Navigator Pro
Once you desired part has been selected, click on the "Return Parts To" button to proceed with the next step in the process.
You will then see the part that was selected from Repco in the WebWorkshop - Repco Order tab displayed, along with the relevant order details.
By clicking on the Order Type row you can select from:
Job Order
Stock Order
Expense Order
- Click Process to proceed.
This will return you to the Job where you will see the PoW Posting:
Using the Repco icon provided you can choose to order more parts or carry on to the next step to Checkout...
Once you click Proceed to Checkout you will be navigated back to the Repco Order Checkout page within the Navigator Pro platform.
If everything is correct and you are ready to proceed, click Send Order to confirm the order. This will return you to the WebWorkshop Order page, where the view will be updated with the Repco Reference Number.
After selecting Save and Exit, you will return to the Job. From this point onward, the process will follow the standard ordering processes
