Pricing tructure

  • list of Parts Stock Pricing Matrix settings (similar to that in Parts Dept)


Rental Contracts Due for Invoicing

  • Lists the Contracts which will be automatically part-period invoiced by the system at the next rollover (unless users intervene), based on an “As of” date which is entered prior to the report running




Rental Stock Listing

  • Similar to Sales Dept Stock Listing. Can be run with a variety of filters and sorting options, one (rental) department at a time



Rental Stock Status Report

  • Lists all stock, its status and pick up/drop off times if it is On Hire



Rental Stock Activity Report

  • Lists all activity over a date range for rental items



Stock Valuation

  • A valuation report for Rental Parts Stock (Consumables)
