The EzyParts integration can help streamline your ordering processes, when ordering parts for stock or jobs from EzyParts within webWorkshop.
IMPORTANT: The EzyParts integration is currently available to customers in Australia only, using "Burson" EzyParts. The NZ/BNT EzyParts integration is coming soon. To gain access to EzyParts, a customer must first have a Burson Trader Account. They can do this by visiting this link and completing the form: Burson Trade Account.Once you have a Burson Trade Account, they can apply for an EzyParts account by filling out this form: EzyParts Application.
If you experience issues with your account or have forgotten your details, contact the EzyParts Support team via email at ezyparts@burson.com.au or call 1800 343 197 and select option 2.
Once you have your EzyParts account you can proceed to set up the integration in webWorkshop.

Setup
- In webWorkshop, click the dropdown at the top left and select Setup:
- Select EzyParts in the System setup menu:
- Click Activate to activate the interface:
- The EzyParts setup screen will display:
- Add your credentials with EzyParts to configure the EzyParts interface into the Default Setup field
- If you require the EzyParts integration to be linked to a different EzyParts account/location for each Workshop, you can click the Workshop Keycode in the Location Setup section and enter the specific credentials for each specific workshop:

- Click Save when you are done adding details
How to Use EzyParts Integration
EzyParts Ordering (For Stock / Expense Orders)
- Create an order and select the EzyParts Supplier.
- Click the EzyParts icon at the bottom of the Order screen:
- Click Add Parts to open the EzyParts online store
- Use EzyParts as normal to add the appropriate parts to your cart
- When you're done adding parts, click the Cart icon to view your cart and click Checkout when you're done
- On the Checkout screen, click SEND TO WMS and these parts will be carried across into webWorkshop:
- webWorkshop will now display the details of the ordered parts:
- In the Order Type column you can click the value for each part to change it to Expense Order if appropriate
- Add to Stock - All parts with the order type "Stock" must be in your Stock listing, if they are not an Add to Stock link is shown in the info column
- If you use the Add to Stock option, it will open the New Part screen and many fields will be populated automatically (cost, pricing, description, supplier part no etc).
- You will still need to specify the Stock Analysis Group
- When you're ready to proceed click Process and you will be taken to the Order details screen:
- Click the EzyParts button at the bottom and select Proceed to Checkout to finalise your order with EzyParts
- Once the order has been placed with EzyParts, the EzyParts Ref number will display on the order screen:
EzyParts Ordering for Jobs / Procured Parts
- Open the appropriate job
- Add a Workshop Order posting to the job
- Select the EzyParts supplier
- When the parts list is then displayed, click the EzyParts button
- From here it is a similar process to the EzyParts order process for stock, except if you have setup your EzyParts integration to "Pass Rego" the appropriate vehicle should be pre-selected. To recap on the EzyParts process:
- Add your parts in the Online Store
- Click the Cart icon
- Go to the Checkout then click
- Checkout, click Send to WMS
- You will be retuned to the EzyParts order screen in webWorkshop, and the Order Type will show as Job:
- You can still click the Order Type column for each part and change it to Stock or Expense Order type
- You can still click the Order Type column for each part and change it to Stock or Expense Order type
- Click Process to continue
- If the part isn’t in your stock file, it will still be added to the job as a procured part
- You can now see the ordered part(s) on the job:
- Per usual process for Workshop Orders, click the order number to display the order details and by clicking the EzyParts icon you can Proceed to Checkout
