Online Booking
Our new Online Booking feature provides you with a webpage for your customers to request a booking with your workshop(s), with a unique link you can share in reminders, on your website and social media pages etc. This feature will offers you:
- Improved customer experience with a seamless, self-service booking process.
- Reduced admin workload for workshops by automating appointment scheduling.
- Increased booking efficiency by maximizing available time slots.
- Greater flexibility for customers to choose the most convenient service location.

Burson EzyParts Integration

Seamlessly order parts from Burson EzyParts directly from WebWorkshop (similar to the Repco NavigatorPro integration).
- Time-saving integration reduces manual data entry and streamlines the parts ordering process.
- Improved accuracy by automatically transferring vehicle details from WebWorkshop to Ezyparts.
- Convenient workflow, allowing users to manage parts orders without leaving WebWorkshop.
- Enhanced efficiency in workshop operations by simplifying the ordering process

This will allow you to input multiple contacts during initial setup, without needing to edit the customer later. Note: If you add a contact, the system still creates the new customer even if you click Cancel on the 'New Customer' screen (as the contact has been created, and must be associated to a valid customer). |
WEB-1391 | Estimates / Jobs / Invoices | Images that have been attached to a Job, Invoice or Estimate can now be included as attachments on emails sent from these areas. During the Send Email process, a new Attach Images link is shown, clicking this allows you to select from the images linked to the current Estimate, Job or Invoice and select to include them as attachments on the email: ![]() |
WEB-1762 | Estimates | Automatic Orders from Estimates - The feature to automatically generate orders for Parts on Job Templates has been extended to Estimates. WEB-1568 | Estimates, Mobile (Tech) App | Create Follow-Up from Recommendation - We have provided the ability to add a follow-up directly from a recommendation by clicking the follow-up icon.
