What is SalesConnect Pro?


SalesConnect PRO is a chargeable add-on that extends SalesConnect with the ability to create and manage Sales Quotes directly from the Sales Workboard, send them to customers for approval, and convert approved quotes into deals.

Activating SalesConnect PRO


SalesConnect PRO is a chargeable add-on. To enquire about or request activation, contact our Support team and they will assist you.


Important: SalesConnect must be active before SalesConnect PRO can be enabled. If SalesConnect is not yet active on your system, see [SalesConnect — Setup and Configuration] for more information.

What SalesConnect PRO Includes


With SalesConnect PRO active, your sales team can:

  • Create Sales Quotes directly from a lead or from the Quotes menu
  • Add parts, accessories, and stock items as quote line items
  • Send quotes to customers by email for review and approval
  • Track quote status from draft through to customer approval
  • Convert an approved quote into a Deal without re-entering data


The Quotes widget also becomes available on the Sales Dashboard, displaying approved quote totals for the current month.
