This article goes through where to find the activity or messages sent to a customer.

In Workshop go to Accounts (1), then Customers (2)

You can search for the customer (3) and open the Customer Maintenance (A), here there will be a tab for the Activity (4), where you will be able to see any messages sent to them (5)
