What's New in webWorkshop 2.1
Release Date: 13th August, 2024.
This update brings significant improvements to the Diary, SmartCheck and Estimates.
Some of these changes, to mention a few, include:
Automated Job Statuses will give you a clearer real-time over view of job progress, including status updates based on technicians clocking on/off jobs - <<Read the KB here!!>>
Pick Up Time displayed in Diary to give you a quick visibility of when to expect the customer
Ability to "Block Time" in the Technicians Calendar - For recording leave etc <<Read the KB here!!>>
Display Invoiced Jobs in Diary (optional)
